Renae Bechthold is the director and owner of Metro Pilates a subsidiary of Marketing and Media, Inc.
Since 1984, Renae has been building profitable businesses. She has built and sold several profitable companies in a variety of industries including a software company that generated over a million dollars in sales both nationally and internationally. As co-owner of an integrated alternative health care practice, she grew the company to nearly half-million dollars in services in less than 3 years.
Renae has over 25 years of solid entrepreneurial and business management experience. Additionally, she has spent nearly 30 years in personal development work, has been training in Aikido for over 20 years, teaches and holds a 2nd degree black belt.
She has studied and mentored with some of the top business thinkers and healers of our time including Michael Gerber, author of the E-Myth, T. Harv Eker, author of The Millionaire Mind, Jay Abraham, Caroline Myss, Marianne Williamson, Jeffrey Bland to name just a few…
She is a master at teaching and coaching health and wellness professionals in business, marketing and sales skills. Metro clients blossom under her mentorship and business training. Her hands-on, real world business practices and experience really show up in her clients' results!
Through participation in her internet, tele-workshops and business coaching programs her clients experience extraordinary business growth averaging from 49% to 278% in less than 9 months.
She knows what it takes to be successful and has a gift for teaching this to others. She is passionate about the healing arts and owned two very successful holistic healthcare practices.
Renae lives in San Diego, California with her Andalusian horse, Jazz, and her family and friends.

Upon receiving a B.S. degree in Business Administration
from Alfred University, Mikel began a successful
career in sales and marketing. Prior to founding
Metro Marketing and Media, Mikel spent over 10 years
working for two multi-national organizations. Mikel
combines his professional sales, marketing, and business
experience with his training in whole person integration
and physical and mental well-being.
Mikel
has taught stress management, yoga and practical
meditation programs in over 35 companies and organizations
in the San Diego area. He is a registered yoga teacher
(RYT) with The Yoga Alliance, the author of the Modern
Meditator, and founder of Metro Marketing and Media.
In addition to completing a two-year teacher’s
training program in Iyengar Yoga, Mikel has spent
over a decade studying and teaching personal and
spiritual development.
